To make a meaningful and lasting impact among the 14 million elementary students in 45,000 elementary schools in the 17 regions throughout the Philippines.
OUR GOAL
To plant Next Gen church in each of the 17 region of the Philippines. Our goal is to establish a strong foundation for a growing church-planting movement. We seek to partner with local churches in the Philippines alongside churches in North America, working together to reach communities, make disciples, develop leaders, and plant reproducing churches for the next generation.
OUR PROGRESS
A NATIONWIDE OPPORTUNITY
There are approximately 18,000 barangays (communities) without a Christian church, and yet every one of these communities has a covered basketball court. We want to be culturally sensitive to the interests of Filipino children and recognize the unique place that basketball holds in Filipino communities. We believe this national passion for the game is a God-given opportunity to jumpstart the GYMBAHAN MOVEMENT – a church-planting movement that can exponentially multiply on basketball courts throughout the Philippines.
OUR DREAM
To raise 1 million basketballs as tools for ministry and connection-an investment of approximately one basketball for every team of 12-14 kids over the next five years.
OUR COMMITMENT
For more than a decade, Crossover World Ministries has focused on evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development of children. In the next 10 years, we desire to partner with local churches to plant new churches for the next generation as a direct result of the HIGH-FIVE movement.
